Profile Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in restaurants or events.
- Ability to perform effective and suggestive sales to increase table consumption.
- Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent personal presentation.
- Commitment to providing high-quality service and a positive guest experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Fluency in Spanish (mandatory requirement).
- Basic knowledge of cash register operation and payment handling.
- Familiarity with the menu and willingness to learn about food and beverage offerings.
- Availability to assist in the planning and execution of special events and banquets.
Responsibilities:
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests.
- Make suggestive sales of dishes and drinks, promoting featured products.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the menu and offer recommendations.
- Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with established guidelines.
- Process payments and operate the cash register accurately.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Languages:
Fluent in Spanish, enabling seamless communication with a diverse team and ensuring an authentic representation of Colombian cuisine to a multicultural audience.
