The role
You will sell BridgeWell to K-12 school districts, with a focus on the US market, working alongside our schools sales lead. The buyers are superintendents, student services directors, and district mental health leads. The sales are considered, relationship-driven, and genuinely meaningful: when you win a district, thousands of students get seen.
What you will do
- Own a pipeline of school district opportunities from first conversation to signed agreement
- Run discovery calls, product walkthroughs, and pilot conversations with district leaders
- Navigate district buying processes, budgets, and funding sources (grants, state initiatives, and programs such as California's CYBHI)
- Work with our marketing and client success teams so districts move smoothly from prospect to launched partner
- Keep clean records of your pipeline and activity in our CRM
What you bring
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting targets, ideally selling to schools, districts, or public-sector buyers
- Patience and skill with longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong discovery instincts: you listen more than you pitch
- Comfort with US education buyers and willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and district visits
- Ability to work from our Vancouver office part of the week
Nice to have
- Existing relationships in K-12 education, student services, or school mental health
- Experience selling into California districts or familiarity with state education funding
