Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily retail operations and support business growth. The ideal candidate will lead staff, manage store performance, and ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer service operations
- Develop strategies to improve sales and store performance
- Recruit, train, and manage staff schedules and performance
- Oversee budgeting, payroll, cash handling, and financial reporting
- Manage pricing, promotions, and purchasing activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high service quality
- Monitor sales data and implement improvements when needed
Experience
- Previous retail or store management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of sales, merchandising, and customer service practices
- Experience with budgeting, POS systems, and administrative tasks
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational and team management skills are essential
- Multilingual abilities are a plus

Pay: $97,500.00-$110,500.00 per year
