About Us
Forge Global engineers, manufactures, and installs bolted storage tanks — a fully in-house operation, from design and fabrication through to turnkey plant installation. Our work is primarily across Canada, with occasional projects in the United States, and our team is committed to top-level service, quality workmanship, and safe practices on every job.
The work involves heavy lifting and working at heights — the tanks we install range from 9 ft to over 100 ft in diameter and up to 100 ft in height.
This is a hands-on general labor position with room to grow. No prior tank installation experience is required — if you're a hard worker who's comfortable with physical, safety-focused work, we'll train you. Related skills and experience are a strong plus (see below).
Travel is expected — we go where the work is. Rotation schedules are set by the project schedule.
What You'll Do
Assist with the assembly and installation of bolted storage tanks on industrial job sites, working as part of a crew. The work is physical and takes place both at ground level and at height, in varying outdoor conditions.
What We're Looking For
- Willingness to work at heights and perform heavy lifting
- Reliable, safety-minded, and a strong team player
- A self-starter able to work effectively with limited supervision
- Comfortable traveling for extended periods on a rotation basis
Assets That Set You Apart (not required)
- Experience with industrial installations
- Knowledge of rigging and machinery-moving techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Comfort with basic on-the-job mathematical calculations
- French speaking/writing

- Personal protective equipment is provided/required on all job sites.
