Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct individual, group, or family psychotherapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Work closely with children and adolescents, addressing developmental and emotional challenges.
- Manage case documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collect and analyze data related to patient outcomes to inform treatment strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care.
- Assist in research initiatives aimed at improving mental health interventions.
- Support patients with case management needs, including referrals to additional services or resources.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions using medical terminology and documentation standards.
Skills
- Strong experience working with children and understanding pediatric developmental stages.
- Familiarity with hospital environments and patient care protocols.
- Knowledge of research methodologies related to mental health treatments.

Pay: From $39.00 per hour
