Compensation: Approximately $60–$90 per booked treatment hour under a revenue-share / independent contractor arrangement. Expected earnings depend on experience, schedule, patient bookings, caseload, and services provided. Part-time availability is welcome, with the opportunity to grow into a fuller schedule as patient volume rebuilds.
The clinic provides the treatment room, equipment, oils/lotions, linens, laundry support, front desk support, online booking, payment processing, and marketing support.

Evolution of Wellness is a multidisciplinary wellness clinic in the Springwater / Barrie area under new ownership. We are rebuilding and expanding our practitioner team with a strong focus on high-quality patient care, professional collaboration, and long-term clinic growth.
We are looking for Registered Massage Therapists who want the support of an established clinic while still having flexibility and independence in their schedule.

What we are looking for
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Comfortable treating a range of patients, including wellness, stress/tension, injury recovery, and maintenance care
- Daytime availability is valuable
- Evening and/or weekend availability is especially helpful
- New graduates and experienced RMTs are both welcome
