Summary:
We’re looking for our next Cafe Associate who will provide exceptional customer service, craft amazing food, and beverages, and ensure every guest enjoys a consistent, high-quality experience - from the first greeting to the last sip. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to recipe and presentation standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Act as the first point of contact for resolving guest concerns or special requests, ensuring a welcoming and positive café atmosphere.
- Receive and organize stock, optimizing storage space while keeping inventory levels accurate and efficient.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation by ensuring all logs, cleaning tasks, and health checks are completed.
- Manage POS operations, including inventory updates, processing refunds, and applying discounts.
- Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth shift transitions through clear communication.
- Support our optical retail customers as their needs for support arise (proper training will be provided for any retail work).
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
- You are an outgoing, engaging, and motivated individual with a strong passion for customer service
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- FoodSafe Level 1 certification is preferred.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
- You have a flexible schedule and are available to work during peak hours, including early mornings (starting at 7am), weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
