Who We Are
Mindbuffs is a sport and performance psychology practice based in Edmonton, working with athletes, professionals, organizations, and highly passionate individuals striving to get the most out of themselves and their lives. We're growing our clinical team and looking for an experienced psychologist who is currently, or interested in becoming, a sport and performance psychologist. Above all, we're looking for someone excited to be part of a team and a mission, someone who wants to contribute meaningfully to what Mindbuffs is building.
The Role
We are seeking a registered or provisional psychologist who is currently in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists to join our team. Aside from individual sessions, the clinician would have opportunities to lead team sessions, corporate workshops, and a variety of other public speaking engagements. Remote and virtual client work is part of the role, but our intention is to build an ever-growing in-person team, rather than a practice where you see your clients and then go home every workday. The team is everything here, and the more battle wounds you've acquired over your lifetime, the better :).
Additional/Optional Opportunities
- Development of workshops and training programs to support a wide variety of industries
- Podcast and short video content creation for marketing and educational purposes
- Research development

- The applicant must have a previous or ongoing commitment to seeking therapy themselves.
- Must be able to be vulnerable and to have difficult conversations or disagreements with conscientious curiosity.
