We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented 3PL Warehouse Lead to join our Mississauga warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day receiving and replenishment functions that support our fulfillment operations. You’ll oversee inventory flow from the moment product arrives through to replenishment of pick locations, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
Working closely with Warehouse Leadership and Fulfillment teams, you’ll provide hands-on leadership, coordinate daily priorities, coach team members, and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of operational performance, and leads by example.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Duties:
- Lead the daily Receiving, Replenishment, and B2B Fulfillment operations to ensure inventory and customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Prioritize inbound shipments, replenishment activities, and order fulfillment based on operational requirements, customer service levels, and shipping deadlines.
- Oversee receiving, inventory putaway, replenishment, order picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
- Verify inventory and order accuracy by investigating discrepancies, supporting inventory counts, conducting quality checks, and ensuring all inventory and shipping transactions are accurately recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific shipping requirements, including routing guides, labeling, packaging, palletization, shipping documentation, and carrier standards.
- Supervise, train, coach, and support warehouse associates while promoting productivity, accountability, quality, and workplace safety.
- Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals and service level expectations.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, inventory accuracy, order quality, and overall warehouse performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
- Support additional warehouse operations and special projects as required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, receiving, inventory, or logistics experience.
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Knowledge of receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and order fulfillment processes.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), RF scanners, and warehouse technology.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and operating warehouse equipment.
- Forklift certification or experience is an asset.
