While we're an extension of Kingsway Builders, we operate independently, partnering with builders throughout Canada. This gives our team exposure to a wide variety of projects, clients, and architectural styles.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Producing high-quality residential construction drawings
- Developing permit and working drawing
- Collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal team members
- Assisting in design development and problem solving
- Coordinating revisions and ensuring drawing accuracy
- Maintaining exceptional drafting standards and attention to detail
- Continuously improving workflows and contributing new ideas
CORE SKILLS: absolute must!
- Architectural Technology diploma or related education: Fresh Graduates welcome!
- Strong REVIT skills (experience with other 3d rendering softwarss is a strong asset and can gain you some brownie points!)
- Excellent attention to detail- necessary!!!
- Strong understanding of Canadian construction
- Time management and organizational skills
- Clear communication and teamwork
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
