Parker Huggett is proud to partner with a well-established and highly respected general contractor seeking a High-Rise Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale residential tower projects.
This is an opportunity to join a builder with a strong reputation for quality, collaboration, and long-term employee growth. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role on complex high-rise developments while working alongside an experienced and supportive construction team.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Lead and manage one or more high-rise residential construction projects through all phases of delivery
Maintain accountability for project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, safety, quality, and overall performance
Collaborate closely with Superintendents to develop sequencing, logistics, and phased occupancy strategies
Manage procurement activities, subcontract negotiations, contract administration, and change management
Coordinate consultants, permitting processes, inspections, and regulatory approvals
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, safety compliance, and team effectiveness
Prepare and present project status reports, financial updates, and risk assessments
Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
Oversee commissioning, deficiencies, turnover, and project close-out activities
Support pre-construction planning, budgeting, and future project pursuits
Mentor and develop junior project staff while contributing to a collaborative team culture
About You
As the successful applicant, you will oversee the full lifecycle delivery of high-rise residential projects, ensuring execution aligns with schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client expectations. You will lead integrated project teams, coordinate consultants and trade partners, manage project financials, and drive overall project success from mobilization to occupancy.
This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented leader with strong technical construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
What You Bring
7+ years of experience managing high-rise or multi-storey residential construction projects
Demonstrated success delivering complex projects valued at $40M+
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities within fast-paced construction environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, Bluebeam, Adobe Pro, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
Strong understanding of construction safety practices, project controls, and contract administration
Education & Credentials
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
Equivalent industry experience will also be considered
Professional designations such as P.Eng., PMP, or LEED accreditation are considered assets
