Family Medicine Physician
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups, ensuring high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital settings, acute care, and patient-centered treatment approaches, with a strong focus on improving community health outcomes. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose various medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication administration and follow-up care
- Manage acute care cases, including urgent medical issues and minor injuries
- Provide pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient care with an emphasis on preventive health strategies
- Document patient encounters accurately using electronic health records systems such as Epic and Cerner
- Collect and analyze patient data to monitor health trends and improve treatment protocols
- Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient management
- Educate patients on health maintenance, lifestyle modifications, and medication use
- Participate in research initiatives aimed at improving family medicine practices and patient outcomes
- Assist with home care services when necessary to ensure continuity of care outside clinical settings
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice in the stat.
- Strong skills in patient care, data collection, and medication administration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.

Pay: $190,746.19-$553,648.91 per year
