Duties

- Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and interactive exercises, providing constructive feedback
- Incorporate multimedia tools and digital resources to create an engaging learning experience for all students
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum standards and share best practices in language instruction
- Support students with special educational needs by adapting lessons and employing inclusive teaching strategies
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student achievements within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Korean language structure, grammar, pronunciation, and cultural context
- Experience working with children and familiarity with early childhood education principles
- Classroom experience demonstrating effective teaching techniques across diverse age groups
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate learners
- Ability to proofread and review educational content for accuracy and clarity
- Proven tutoring experience with individual or small groups to reinforce learning outcomes
- Familiarity with LMS platforms for lesson planning, tracking progress, and managing student data
