Job Responsibilities
- Office management
- Basic IT support
- Management of social media and newsletters
- Administrative support to all team members
- Communication with CRA
- Executive assistance to partners
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to respond to changing priorities and tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Professional, responsive, resourceful, flexible, and positive attitude
- Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is eager to learn and grow
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, and tax software is considered an asset
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, including independent management of office procedures, systems, and day-to-day operations

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
