Overview
We’re looking to add a Tractor Mechanic to our Steinbach shop! This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, experienced team and work in a hands-on environment where your skills and growth truly matter.
Key Responsibilities
· Diagnose, repair, and maintain tractors and related equipment
· Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
· Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
· Communicate findings and recommendations to the shop team
· Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
Qualifications
· Journeyperson certification or Red Seal
· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
