Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer malfunctions, from minor configuration errors to full hardware or OS replacements.
- Repair and maintain computer peripherals, including input and output devices.
- Inspect, test, and evaluate hardware and electronic components for quality and compliance.
- Rebuild, configure, and assemble computers to meet customer specifications with updated software.
- Perform laptop diagnostics, testing, and assembly with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Use precision tools and instruments for repair and quality verification.
- Follow and improve best practices, policies, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Advanced Skytech Canada Ltd. standards.
- Support additional operational tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
· Must have the basic knowledge of computers
· Must be able to use Excel
· Ability to learn ERP software
· Physically fit to lift 20lb-30lb
· Fluent in Chinese and English
