- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using proper cleaning techniques

- Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dishwashing areas, and storage spaces in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for ongoing food service operations
- Follow all food handling and safety procedures diligently to prevent contamination or accidents
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues in various hospitality duties as required
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
- Familiarity with basic kitchen operations, including bussing, cleaning, and food handling, is advantageous
- Experience with banquet or catering setups enhances your ability to support large-scale events
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items safely
