ROLE SUMMARY:
The BEES Implementation Manager & Product owner acts as the sole product owner for the BEES application . They are responsible for managing the BEES platform roadmap, providing quarterly feature requests to improve user experience; ensure the a pp is working as expected, flagging bugs & issues to our global & local technical teams; d eliver ing b est in c lass implementation of new features, including testing & understanding downstream sales implications; and working closely with regional & third party companies that use the BEES application to ensure proper ways of working that d rive the holistic goals of BEES and the parties involved.
PRODUCT OWNER: Work closely with Global/Local Tech & Commercial Teams to Manage Feature Requests, Improvements, Bug Escalation & Severity Matrices.
PARTNER & REGIONAL IMPLEMENTATION: Owns regional & 3P partner im plementation onto the BEES Application including UAT Testing, BEES Setup, Pillar Ownership & P-Hour and general Ways of Working touchpoints.
APPLICATION COE: Hollistic knowledge of the application and its interaction with the region ; managing the roadmap accordingly.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own digital product strategy, roadmap, and execution for BEES, AB InBev’s B2B e-commerce platform.
- Drive digital adoption , transforming all ordering, digital communications, loyalty programs and delivery operations.
- Partner with design, engineering, and business teams to prioritize features and deliver incremental value to customers and the business.
- Lead go-to-market strategy, client feedback loops, and process improvements to enhance CX and operational KPIs.
- Lead im plementation onto the BEES Application for Partners & Regions
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- University Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 - 5 years business, commercial, or project management experience, ideally focused on sales operations or technology implementation
- Must have an interest in e-commerce, technology, UI design, and digital transformation
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
- Strong project management & teamwork skills and orientation. Highly adaptable, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, persuasion, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience applying appropriate exploration techniques leading your project team through conception and innovation
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Resourceful and enjoy working in a hands-on and collaborative team environment
- Ability to manage a wide range of competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team including designers, architects, IT specialists, suppliers, business partners, consultants, sales teams, and senior management
- Alcohol, retail and/or restaurant industry knowledge and B2B marketing experience are an asset
