Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures to create a friendly, professional atmosphere
- Prepare treatment rooms by organizing supplies and ensuring cleanliness before patient appointments
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle recommendations to support their recovery journey
- Maintain accurate patient records, update charts, and document treatment details in compliance with privacy regulations
- Manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communications to optimize clinic flow
- Support administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing payments, and handling patient inquiries with professionalism
Skills
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare settings demonstrating familiarity with patient care procedures
