Peridot Wellness is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic. We are looking for a motivated, growth-oriented practitioner who is excited to actively build their practice and establish a strong, loyal client base.
About the Role
This role is ideal for an experienced RMT who takes initiative, values relationship-building, and is committed to growing a full and sustainable caseload. You understand that a thriving practice is built through both exceptional care and consistent effort, and you are motivated to take ownership of that growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalized massage therapy treatments
- Proactively build and maintain a consistent, full patient load
- Foster strong client relationships to support retention and long-term care
- Collaborate with an integrated team of healthcare practitioners
- Contribute to practice growth through initiative (internal referrals, client education, rebooking strategies, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the CMTO
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability—or strong desire—to build and retain a thriving practice
- Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Interest in working within a collaborative, wellness-focused clinic
