Niagara Falls Discovery Tours is looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Walking Tour Guide to join our team and help visitors discover the beauty, history, and stories of Niagara Falls.
As a Walking Tour Guide, you will lead guests through Niagara’s iconic attractions, share local stories and historical insights, answer questions, and create memorable experiences for travelers from around the world.
Responsibilities:
✨ Lead scheduled walking tours and provide engaging commentary
✨ Share Niagara Falls history, local facts, and unique stories
✨ Welcome guests and deliver excellent customer service
✨ Ensure guest safety, comfort, and an enjoyable tour experience
✨ Coordinate with the operations team for smooth tour operations
✨ Promote additional tour experiences and collect guest feedback
Qualifications:
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
✅ Friendly, confident, and comfortable leading groups
✅ Customer service, hospitality, or tourism experience is an asset
✅ Interest in Niagara Falls history and local culture
✅ Ability to walk outdoors and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
✅ Additional languages are considered an advantage
