Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Bike Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience repairing and maintaining Ebikes and bicycles. Is passionate about delivering high-quality service to customers. This role involves diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and ensuring all bikes meet safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Ebike repairs, tune-ups, and overhauls
- Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assemble and inspect new bicycles
- Install and adjust components including brakes, drivetrains, wheels, and suspension
- Service a variety of bikes including road, mountain, hybrid, and e-bikes
- Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with general shop operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a EBike Mechanic or Bicycle Technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Knowledge of modern bike components and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with e-bikes
- Wheel building experience
- Suspension service experience or certification
- Retail or bike shop experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
