Part-Time Food Truck & Event Staff

PRESSED! Sandwiches and BeaverTails are looking for reliable, energetic team members to join us for events throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
This is a part-time position primarily on weekends, with occasional weekday shifts for catering events. Event locations vary throughout the GTA, so applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to each location independently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food according to company standards
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist with setting up and closing down the food truck or catering station
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed
- Work efficiently during busy festivals, catering events, and community gatherings
Requirements
- Must be available to work most weekends
- Must be able to travel independently to event locations throughout the GTA
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Food service, food truck, restaurant, or customer service experience is an asset
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset
Compensation
$18–$20 per hour, depending on experience.
Hours vary depending on the event schedule. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible part-time work who enjoys working at festivals, catering events, and other community events.
