Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Proprietor to care for an individual with in your home . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in care and a passion for enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. As the Proprietor, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for Individual.
Duties
- Facilitate communication between caregivers, Coordinator and individual, and families to ensure optimal care and satisfaction.
- Monitor medication assistance and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Conduct regular assessments of Individual health and well-being, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Promote a positive living environment that encourages social interaction and engagement with the Individual.
Requirements
- Proven experience in caregiving
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities or health challenges.
- Certification in caregiving is considered an asset, but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
