Committed to doing the best job possible, you visit our clients and perform top-rate repair, maintenance, and installation services for them. You attentively inspect systems, identify problem sources, and create an action plan. Whether you're unclogging pipes, repairing leaks, or swapping out broken parts, you make sure to get the job done right the first time. As you work, you document your services, comply with building codes, and follow all safety regulations. You create estimates for customers, answer their questions, and offer preventative maintenance tips
Responsibilities
Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in various settings
Diagnose plumbing issues and develop effective solutions
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations
Collaborate with internal and external parties to complete projects on time
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles while adhering to industry best practices for equipment safety
Provide exceptional customer service
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ plumbing experience.
Journeyman or master plumber
Hold a valid backflow certificate
Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract.
Work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
Diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in plumbing and heating systems.
Demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Display a strong work ethic and punctual behaviors.
Ability to troubleshoot various commercial grade equipment.
Must have the ability to anticipate work needs and follow through on a given task with minimal direction.
Display strong interpersonal skills.
Responds to the needs of others using effective communication, mutual respect, and consistent follow through on each task.
Must have the ability to work with patience and courtesy.
Self-confident.
