Job Summary:
Reporting to the Client Relations Manager, the Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing customer service and operational support across multiple parking facilities throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, processing payments, assisting customers, supporting daily site operations, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This position is ideal for someone who is flexible, eager to learn, capable of working independently, and comfortable adapting to different work locations as operational needs require.
Location: Various parking facilities throughout the GTA. There is no fixed work location, and shifts may be assigned at different sites based on operational requirements.
Employment: Casual / On-Call
Hours: Shifts will vary based on operational needs and may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holiday
Compensation: Hourly $17.60

- Ability to work at various locations throughout the GTA.
- Access to a personal vehicle, a valid Ontario driver's license, and a clean driving abstract is preferred, as travel between sites throughout the GTA may be required.
Job Responsibilities / Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer concerns.
- Process payments and assist customers with monthly permits, and account-related requests.
- Perform routine site inspections and identify operational issues requiring attention.
- Open and follow up on service requests and maintenance work orders.
- Conduct facility walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
- Perform cleaning duties, including litter pickup, sweeping, wiping surfaces, and maintaining office and customer-facing areas.
- Monitor parking equipment and report malfunctions or maintenance concerns.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders when replenishment is required.
- Complete incident reports, logs, and other required documentation.
- Support administrative functions, including data entry, record keeping, and reporting.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, tenants, contractors, and property management teams.
- Support daily operations at assigned locations throughout the GTA.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
