We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused leader to oversee parts operations across the organization. The Corporate Parts Manager will drive aftermarket performance, strengthen customer experience, and lead consistent processes, inventory discipline, and team development across all five of our locations. The preferred location is based out of Avonlea, but may be based in any one of our locations.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead parts operations across five store locations to improve efficiency, parts availability, and customer satisfaction. Your vision will execute strategic plans that grow aftermarket sales and profitability while monitoring key performance indicators such as fill rate, turns, inventory health, expense control, and customer experience. As part of the leadership team, you will work cohesively to support marketing, customer support, and operational improvement initiatives with a strong partnership with the corporate service manager to drive aftermarket sales. As an engaging leader you effectively connect, motivate and inspire department personnel to strive to increase performance while building accountability and engagement.

Understand equipment components and systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic applications, and how they relate to parts support for agricultural and turf equipment.

Recognize the challenges facing parts departments in the agriculture industry and can respond with practical, customer-focused solutions.
For you to be selected for an interview:

Proven leadership skills managing a team to get results.

Minimum 10 years of experience working in the retail parts industry.
- A business or agriculture degree, diploma or applicable experience.

Computer skills required. Microsoft 365, John Deere Parts Advisor and Vital Edge (CDK) a strong asset
- Valid driver's license required to travel to the 5 dealer locations.

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and travel to the United States on occasion.
