Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our property management team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in real estate and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants, showing properties and providing feedback to Leasing Manager. along with strong communication and organizational skills. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in property leasing and customer relations within a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Greet prospective tenants and provide information about available properties
- Conduct property tours and answer questions regarding leasing terms and amenities
- Assist in maintaining positive customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills
Skills
- Proven customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with prospective tenants and maintain positive customer relationships
- Effective communication skills both verbally and written
This role has a minimum of 10 hours per week but could lead to more in future.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
