The Opportunity
We're hiring an Online Math Tutor to deliver engaging, one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions to students ranging from elementary level through high school (Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator who wants flexible, remote work with the ability to make a meaningful impact on a student's academic journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online math tutoring sessions tailored to each student's grade level and learning pace
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to address individual learning gaps and goals
- Use Educify's virtual learning tools to deliver clear, interactive instruction
- Monitor and document student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Encourage critical thinking and build students' confidence in problem-solving
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and patient tutoring environment
Qualifications
- Strong command of mathematics through at least high-school level (Algebra, Geometry, Calculus preferred)
- Previous tutoring, teaching, or instructional experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is an asset
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly to different age groups
- Patient, encouraging, and adaptable teaching style
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, laptop, and webcam

Compensation
$18–$32 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
