Central Alberta Polycoatings (Mil-Spec Liners) is a growing, fast-paced shop specializing in spray-on bedliners, undercoating, rust protection, and paint protection film (PPF). We take pride in high-quality workmanship and strong customer service.
Position Overview
Join our team as a Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer, applying paint protection film and protective coatings on cars, trucks, and specialty vehicles. You’ll work in a clean shop in Red Deer, AB, using high-quality materials and tools to protect our customers’ vehicles while delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install paint protection film (PPF) on vehicles (full front, partial, custom applications)
- Prep vehicles (cleaning, clay bar, surface correction as needed)
- Ensure high-quality, bubble-free, and precise installations
- Work with plotter-cut kits and/or custom bulk installs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Work with prepping vehicles for Poly coat installations
Qualifications
- Experience with PPF installation (must)
- Experience with vinyl wrap or detailing (asset)
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
