Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new HVAC leads through proactive outreach and networking
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals
- Develop strategic marketing plans to generate new business opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product features and benefits for effective customer communication
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within the HVAC or related industries
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales environments with a focus on technology or technical sales
- Excellent analysis skills for market research and sales forecasting
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively
Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
