Unipac Packaging Products supplies food processors and manufacturers across Canada with casings, blended ingredients and spices, vacuum and shrink bags, thermoforming films, and packaging solutions.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and support the continued growth of our customer base within the food processing and manufacturing industries.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new customer opportunities through phone calls, email outreach, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Contact food processors, meat processors, co-packers, produce processors, and manufacturers to introduce Unipac's products and services.
- Promote and sell casings, ingredients, spices, vacuum and shrink bags, films, and related packaging solutions.
- Build relationships with purchasing managers, operations managers, production managers, and business owners.
- Prepare quotations and follow up consistently to convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain regular contact with potential customers to generate repeat business and identify new opportunities.
- Learn our product lines and confidently recommend products based on customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to support customer requirements.
- Manage an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.

What We are Looking for
- Minimum 2–3 years of B2B inside sales experience.
- Proven success prospecting and generating new business.
- Strong communication, phone, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.
- Experience selling to manufacturers, food processors, or industrial customers is strongly preferred.
