Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experience
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Uphold all food industry regulations and standards for safety and sanitation
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety, proper food handling, and sanitation protocols
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly attitude and strong communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old or older, depending on local regulations
