About the Role
As the Facilities & Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of CASO Station by supporting facility maintenance, tenant needs, and event execution. No two days are the same, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active and solving problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down event spaces according to event requirements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the building, including common areas and event spaces.
- Complete seasonal outdoor maintenance, including:
- Lawn care and groundskeeping
- Snow removal and salting walkways
- General exterior upkeep
- Respond to tenant requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist the Events & Hospitality Manager with event preparation and operational support.
- Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs.
- Identify maintenance issues and report or coordinate repairs as required.
- Ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and welcoming for tenants, clients, and guests.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organized.
- Friendly and customer-service focused.
- Able to work independently and prioritize changing tasks.
- Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible and willing to adjust hours when event schedules require.
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Experienced with general maintenance, facility operations, or event setup.
Position Details
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Flexibility is required, as occasional evenings or weekends may be needed to support events.
