The role
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers — managing inquiries, processing orders end-to-end, and keeping clients informed and confident. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, logistics, supply chain and operations teams to make sure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Duties
- Serve as the main contact for customers, answering questions on products, services, and order status
- Process and manage orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, supply chain, and operations teams on fulfillment and delivery of orders
- Resolve complaints professionally and effectively
- Maintain accurate customer records in our Datacor ERP system
- Assist with invoicing, verifying accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Generate customer inventory and service-metric reports to support clients and drive improvements
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role
- Experience with Datacor ERP is a strong asset (experience with a comparable ERP/CRM is welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
