Are you an experienced Server interested in working in a Gastro Pub where hospitality comes first, while providing excellent and personalized service to our guests? - Partake in discussions and work with the crew to create a conducive working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure our Patrons enjoy fast and pleasant service throughout their visit with us.
- Have an exceptional comprehension of our menu and beer offerings.
- Understanding of beer and food pairings, items for up selling and grab an go products.
- Be strong Ambassadors for Field and Forge Brewery.
- Work efficiently and assist each other.
- Carry out all duties with attention to detail, including cleaning schedule.
- Ensure the dining areas are always clean, set, and ready for our patrons.
- Work with Kitchen staff to ensure quality meals are being served.
- Work with cleaning crew to ensure all service ware is clean.
Qualifications:
- Have Pro Serve Training and experience working tables and bar.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A strong appreciation of working in a team spirit driven environment.
- Minimum of 2 years work Experience in a high-volume venue is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for long hours, some lifting.
- Proficient in P.O.S Systems.
- Be able to follow instructions, deliver consistent quality work.
- Good time management skills.
Hours of Work:
The hours of work for this position will vary depending on organizational requirements, but will include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
