ABOUT FAST LEAF
Fast Leaf is a cannabis franchisor operating a network of indoor cultivation units in Woodstock, Ontario. We manage cultivation operations on behalf of licensed unit holders, coordinating order flow and sales through multiple related entities, and work with a close-knit team where every person has a direct impact on outcomes.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales & Order Coordinator to own the B2B sales process from order intake through to fulfillment. You will be the connective tissue between customers, our internal teams, and our licensed fulfillment partner, keeping orders moving and stakeholders informed at every step. This role spans multiple legally separate but operationally interrelated entities and requires someone comfortable working across that complexity.
This role reports directly to the Controller.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Manage day-to-day client communication through email, phone, and text
· Maintain and update sales trackers, forecasts, and order schedules
· Prepare presentations and reporting packages for internal and client use
· Coordinate B2B orders across finance, operations, and compliance to ensure on-time delivery
· Track order status and proactively flag delays or gaps before they become problems
· Support the sales team with administrative and logistical follow-through
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open files at once
· Able to work across departments and follow through without being chased
· Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with CRM or order management tools is an asset
· Cannabis industry experience is not required, but comfort working in a regulated environment is

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
