Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various physical tasks across our projects, supporting the overall operations, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform general manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and operating Mowers and trimmers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to ensure safety standards are met
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
- Help with site cleanup and disposal of debris before and after project completion
- Support team members with miscellaneous tasks as assigned to facilitate project progress
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
- Good communication skills for coordinating with coworkers and supervisors
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or industrial environments
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, lawn maintenance or general labor is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued
Pay: $15.95-$27.77 per hour
