Job Description:
Nexus Plumbing & Contracting is expanding rapidly—and we’re hiring a New Construction Plumber with proven experience in rough-ins and service work for residential, commercial, hospitals, ad office buildings across the GTA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform rough-in plumbing installations for new builds, tenant improvements, and renovations
- Read and interpret commercial mechanical and plumbing drawings
- Execute precise layout and installation of:
- Drainage, waste, and vent systems (DWV)
- Domestic water supply lines
- Grease traps, backwater valves, sump pumps, and pressure boosters
- Perform service and diagnostic work on existing plumbing systems
Service Work where and when necessary. Operate confidently with:
- Drain Snakes
- Hydrojet / Powerflush Systems
- CCTV Camera Inspection Equipment
- Provide clear, professional site assessments and communicate findings with clients and project managers
- Maintain accurate job records, logs, and reports
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of plumbing experience, with a strong focus on rough-in installations
- Ability to work independently from construction drawings, blueprints, and building code references
- Knowledge of Ontario Plumbing Code and commercial site safety protocols
- Hands-on experience in fast-paced commercial environments such as:
- Commercial kitchens (restaurants, food courts)
- Hospitals or medical facilities
- Office buildings and commercial plazas
- Drain cleaning and emergency service experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Professional, punctual, and self-driven
