Job Description
General Roofing is hiring driven, confident door-to-door sales reps to help homeowners with roof replacements and inspections. This role is 100% commission-based and ideal for individuals who are hungry to earn and not afraid to talk to people.
You’ll be canvassing residential neighborhoods, starting conversations with homeowners, and booking qualified roofing appointments. No roofing experience required — we provide training and scripts.
What You’ll Do
- Knock doors in assigned residential areas
- Start friendly, professional conversations with homeowners
- Identify homeowners who may need roof inspections or replacements
- Book qualified appointments for our roofing team
- Accurately track leads and appointments
- Represent General Roofing in a professional manner
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Able to handle rejection and stay positive
- Sales experience is an asset (not required)
Compensation
