About the Role
As an RMT at Way Wellness, you will provide high-quality therapeutic massage treatments while working collaboratively with other healthcare and wellness professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated practitioner looking to build and grow a thriving practice within an established clinic and welcoming town.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments based on client needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Educate clients on self-care, rehabilitation exercises, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with other practitioners to support optimal client outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to client-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
