We are seeking passionate, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals who love to learn and are committed to making a difference in children’s lives. This role involves providing behaviour therapy services in both small group classroom settings and one-on-one environments. Our team uses Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) with a strong focus on natural environment teaching to support children aged 2–13.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and implement individualized ABA programming as well as small group instruction in a safe, supportive environment.
- Work with students one-to-one and in small group settings.
- Assist with assessments to guide treatment planning.
- Develop lesson plans for small group learning
- Implement behaviour intervention plans as written.
- Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience or interest in working with children and ABA is an asset.

Pay: $23.00-$33.00 per hour
