Are you looking to gain experience in building maintenance and renovations? Have an interest in Landscaping? To ensure our Resident’s peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to assist our Maintenance Team with Building Operations for a large Portfolio. If you are passionate about fixing things, good with your hands, and mechanically adept, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards
- General common area and building maintenance
- Landscaping tasks including grass cutting, weeding, and trimming
- Assist with snow removal
- Complete other tasks as required
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma preferred but not required
Technical Requirements:
- Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written
- Familiarity with technology is an asset
Non-Technical Requirements:
- Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
- Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
- Ability to fix the problem correctly the first time
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable vehicle
