Responsibilities
- Complete full tile installations including layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and finishing
- Prepare surfaces including underlayment and waterproofing systems
- Read and interpret plans and layouts
- Install ceramic, porcelain, stone, and specialty tile products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Protect finished surfaces and client property
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of tile installation experience
- Strong knowledge of tile materials, substrates, and installation methods
- Own professional tile tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
