Located in a large sports facility, we specialize in treating sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions through personalized, compassionate care that addresses both physical recovery and emotional well-being. Duties
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, including movement, strength, and range of motion.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
- Implement treatment plans using various techniques such as exercise, manual therapy, and electrotherapy.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in physiotherapy practices and techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Certification: Registered Physiotherapist or Resident Physiotherapist working under a Supervisor.
- Specialization: Interest in and commitment to developing expertise in sports physiotherapy and orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Experience: Previous experience in sports physiotherapy, integrated acupuncture/manual therapy/ exercise prescription is an asset but not required. Extensive training and mentorship will be provided.

- Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and effective communication.
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of various physiotherapy techniques and modalities.
- Ability to assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $37.50-$60.00 per hour
