What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals who are excited to meet performance metrics and exceed expectations. If you have a current VSA license, that’s a plus—but if not, we’ll help you get one!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and budget
- Greet and assist customers with vehicle selection
- Post videos and pictures of inventory on all social media platforms to generate leads
- Complete all Manufacturer training to be a master at your craft
- Present vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Complete all necessary paperwork and finalize transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
What You Bring:
- Passion for cars, trucks, and helping people find their DREAM VEHICLE!
- Strong rapport building and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and support customers throughout their journey
- Proven success in sales, especially retail, is an asset

Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a VSA license
- Class 5 drivers license
No automotive experience? No problem.
