Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel, heavy-duty, and light-duty Ford vehicles
- Perform inspections and identify mechanical concerns accurately and efficiently
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere
- Stay up to date with current Ford repair procedures and training
Qualifications & Requirements
- Journeyman Technician certification (Heavy Duty, Diesel, or Light Duty)
- Previous Ford diesel/heavy-duty experience and training preferred
- Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
