We are seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Renovation Exterior Installer to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Install and repair exterior building exteriors including siding, soffit, fascia, Aluminum capping, Lux and other exterior products
- Perform exterior renovations on residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and measurements
- Ensure installations meet building codes and company quality standards
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work collaboratively with office staff, site supervisors and home owners
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in exterior renovation
- Proven experience installing siding (vinyl, fiber cement, soffit and fascia, wood, metal, etc.)
- Ability to work at heights and on ladders/scaffolding
- Strong knowledge of exterior building materials and installation techniques
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of local building codes
- Fall protection and safety certifications (We can help provide)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
