IT Technician
Job description
- Install, maintain, repair, manage and optimize various computer equipment;
- Manage various software used and user access via Active Directory;
- Contribute to the implementation of IT procedures and document them;
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all computer equipment;
- Manage communications between employees and the company;
- Follow up and place orders for computer equipment;
- Participate in the company's continuous improvement projects;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Skills in demand
- DEC or AEC in Computer Science;
- Customer service oriented;
- Demonstrate patience, initiative and autonomy;
- Discretion and professionalism;
- Experience in technical support (office automation and infrastructure);
- Comfortable with the Exchange and Outlook environment (account creation, basic access and troubleshooting);
- Comfortable with Windows platforms (Windows 11, Windows Server and VmWare);
- Knowledge of the following computer equipment: printers, laptops, desktop computers, cell phones (iPhone an
asset);
- Experience in videoconferencing and LAN, WAN, Wifi and Bluetooth networks;
- The ability to communicate orally in English is an asset.
