About the Opportunity
Foster Heating & Cooling is looking for an HVAC/R Mechanic, 3rd year apprentice through Journeyperson, to join our team in Victoria. This role covers installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, refrigeration and hydronic systems. Boiler and hydronics experience is considered a strong asset.

What You'll Be Doing
- Install, maintain, and service HVAC, refrigeration, & hydronic systems across commercial & residential applications
- Service gas-fired heating systems and boilers.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend practical, lasting solutions, not just quick fixes.
- Work safely in a variety of environments, including heights and confined spaces.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3rd year apprentice through Journeyperson (Red Seal); all levels within that range considered.
- Gas Class A ticket is a strong asset
- Boiler and hydronics experience is a strong asset
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
